The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Chef De Partie to join their team at a renowned restaurant in Cork.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the main and grill section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Duties:

  • Take charge of the main and grill section, ensuring consistency and excellence in all dishes.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, and other main course dishes to perfection.

  • Ensure all food is prepared according to the restaurant’s standards and presentation guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team on menu planning and daily specials.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

  • Assist in stock control and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

  • Expertise in main courses and grilling techniques.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier dishes.

  • Own transportation is required for this role.

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
