We are seeking skilled and passionate Chef de Partie in Charleville in a Café/Restaurant kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team renowned for delivering exceptional food and service in our market. The role offers daytime hours only, with no shifts extending beyond 5pm.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP protocols and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while consistently producing high-quality dishes.
  • Confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Extensive product knowledge with a true enthusiasm for food.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ideally 5 years of culinary experience in a comparable establishment.
  • Proven experience as a commis chef or cook.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products and operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A positive team player.
