Key Responsibilities:

Support kitchen teams during busy periods and events

Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene

Follow set menus and specifications to ensure consistency

Assist with food prep, stock control, and service delivery

Ensure full compliance with food safety and HACCP standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and team dynamics

Work independently and as part of a team as required
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment

A Chef Qualification or Food Safety Level 2 Certification

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergens

A passion for food and a commitment to high standards

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

The ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
