Key Responsibilities:

  • Support kitchen teams during busy periods and events

  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene

  • Follow set menus and specifications to ensure consistency

  • Assist with food prep, stock control, and service delivery

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and HACCP standards

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

  • Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and team dynamics

  • Work independently and as part of a team as required

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment

  • A Chef Qualification or Food Safety Level 2 Certification

  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergens

  • A passion for food and a commitment to high standards

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • The ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings

  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
