Noel Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is seeking experienced Healthcare Chefs to join the team and support various hospitals and nursing homes in the Louth area. These positions offer flexible, part-time hours and are ideal for those seeking ad hoc hours to cover leave in busy kitchen environments. This could be a great opportunity for retired chefs or those looking for additional work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest culinary standards.
• Ensure that kitchen service is efficient and timely.
• Delegate tasks as required to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Chef Qualification required
• Must undergo Garda Vetting
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy kitchen
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional culinary skills with a hands-on approach
• Highly organised, structured, and methodical
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Type: Part-time, casual (covering ad hoc leave)
• Salary: €16.00 – €20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
