Chef De Partie – Gastropub – Galway
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Location: Galway, Ireland
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join a vibrant and busy gastropub in Galway.
As Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in a fast-paced kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard. You will be responsible for managing your designated section, ensuring food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are always of the highest level.

Key Duties:

Prepare and present dishes within your section according to the menu and quality standards.

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP.

Assist with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.

Support stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service during busy periods.

Contribute to menu development with fresh, seasonal ideas.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.

Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team under pressure.

Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
