The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Catering Head Chef to join their culinary leadership team in Cork.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the full kitchen operation of a high-volume catering facility. You will lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food in line with the client’s reputation for excellence. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to food safety and operational efficiency.

The Duties:

Lead and manage the daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, stock control, and rostering.

Develop and maintain high culinary standards across all food offerings.

Ensure HACCP and all food safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, promoting a positive team culture.

Collaborate with management on cost control, supplier relationships, and operational planning.

Innovate seasonal and client-specific menus that reflect current food trends.

Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes.
The Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a catering or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Proven experience with menu development, cost management, and kitchen operations.

Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP systems.

A passion for quality food and customer satisfaction.

Flexible, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

The Salary & Benefits:
