As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Catering and Cleaning Assistants at various Hospitals and Nursing homes across Co. Mayo! We have ongoing casual/part time work across all major towns in Co. Mayo and will place candidates in their desired location

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and serve food promptly for patients and special functions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines meticulously, ensuring accurate recording of essential information.
• Follow strict infection control and HACCP protocols in food handling, including the use of gloves and appropriate protective gear.
• Interact courteously with patients to address their dietary preferences and cater to specific requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to uphold professional service standards.
• Uphold exceptional standards of patient care, emphasizing quality, respect, and compassion.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior catering experience with a sound understanding of HACCP principles.
• Availability for weekday daytime shifts, with occasional weekend commitments.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Training, Garda Vetting, and provision of uniform will be arranged.
