Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant. As an experienced Catering Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality catering services for a variety of events and functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation, presentation, and serving of food and beverages at events, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Setting up and breaking down catering stations, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Collaborating with the catering team to ensure smooth operations during events, including replenishing food and beverage supplies as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assisting with general kitchen duties, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or food service is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and interact with clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, depending on the demands of the catering schedule.
• Food hygiene certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations are desirable but not essential.
