Noel Group is excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive for a 4 star luxury hotel in Dublin. We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is passionate about direct sales and thrives in a professional, high-end environment. The ideal individual will excel in price negotiation, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at building and maintaining long-term business relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Host show-arounds for potential and existing clients, showcasing the hotel’s facilities.
  • Conduct a set number of sales calls and meetings, both onsite and through offsite visits, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Uphold excellent communication standards, both electronic and over the phone, ensuring alignment with company etiquette and policies.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to plan and execute sales initiatives, including promotions, sales drives, and mailshot campaigns.
  • Capitalize on all sales opportunities and ensure all sales leads are actioned or referred in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and within agreed timelines to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support the preparation and execution of the annual sales and marketing plans.
  • Effectively utilize and manage Salesforce software by updating account information promptly after visits or meetings and leveraging all its features to optimize data usage and conversions.

Salary:

€35,000 Dependant on experience
