The Noel Group is delighted to be recruiting a breakfast chef for our client in Cavan. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires an early start (6am) to ensure that breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering a variety of delicious meals to meet customer expectations. If you are well-organized, creative, and capable of working independently, while also being a key team player in the kitchen, this role is for you!

Hours: 6am-2pm

Main duties:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in line with food hygiene regulations /HACCP
  • Ensure that Breakfast food preparation and production is carried out to the highest standards in the interests of customer satisfaction.
  • To prepare and produce food for breakfast to a high standard
  • To minimize wastage with rational use of stack rotation etc.
  • Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations
  • To ensure the guests needs and requirements are met
  • Following breakfast service, To assist with food preparation for rest of day events
  • Be comfortable with covering large group breakfasts for wedding groups.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel kitchen essential
  • Availability to work early mornings both mid week and weekends
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Permission to work and reside in Ireland
