Breakfast Chef – Dublin City Center
Salary: €37,000 per annum
Starting Time: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef for a high-end property in Dublin City Centre

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast service, preparing dishes to order from an à la carte menu. You will take full ownership of the breakfast section, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a morning environment and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Duties:

• Prepare and cook all breakfast items to order from an à la carte menu.

• Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

• Manage inventory for the breakfast section and report any shortages.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth transitions to lunch service.

• Handle customer dietary requirements and special requests with care and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie role in a hotel or quality restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery, including à la carte service.

• Ability to work independently with excellent time management.

• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa or relocation packages are not provided.

• Must be available to work early mornings, with shift starting at 6:00 AM.
