Job Title: Bartender – Luxury Hotel (Co. Cavan)
Location: Kingscourt, Co. Cavan
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: €15/16 per hour
Accommodation: Available if required

About the Role:
We’re athe Noel Group are currently recruiting an experienced Bartender to join the team of a renowned luxury hotel located in Co. Cavan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and looking to be part of a warm, professional team in a unique and historic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Offer a high level of customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience

• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock takes as required

• Ensure compliance with health and safety and licensing laws

Requirements:

• Previous bar experience in a hotel or similar high-standard environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is an advantage
