Job Title: Experienced Barista – Full-Time (Day Shift)

Availability: Must be flexible with shifts (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks to company standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and build rapport with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed on seasonal drinks, promotions, and menu offerings.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of Barista experience in a high-volume or fast-paced setting.
• A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy periods.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistently great coffee.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong reliability.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends.
• Manual Handling and Food Safety Level 1 certification.
• Must have legal right to work in Ireland.
