Noel Group are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team at a well-established hotel in East Cork. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and is committed to fostering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. As the new bar supervisor, you will be expected to have a caring and attentive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and outstanding service are paramount.

Our client is a well known hotel with over 70 bed rooms. This hotel is located in East Cork and strives on hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and inspire the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and attended to.
• Manage stock levels and maintain a well-organized and well-presented bar area.
• Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Ensure all staff are trained in line with company standards, focusing on high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Attributes:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
• A natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• From cleanliness to customer service, you ensure everything is just right.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

• 30,000-36,000 DOE
