Bar Staff required to join the Noel Group Temporary team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized in a busy bar setting.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized bar area, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and engaging with guests.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in Ireland
• Full Time Availability – day shift
• Manual Handling and Food Safety level 1, certificate.
