The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Bar Manager to join their well-established hotel operation in Kildare.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s busy bar and lounge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience, and confident in managing a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in bar and beverage operations within a hotel or upscale bar setting.

Our client is a renowned 4-star property in County Kildare, part of a respected hotel. The property prides itself on delivering high-quality service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a memorable experience for all guests-both local and international.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

• Implement and maintain health & safety, licensing, and hygiene standards.

• Drive sales through promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.

• Manage rotas, staff training, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle guest feedback proactively.

• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager role, ideally in a hotel or high-volume bar.

• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and current trends in the bar industry.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa or relocation packages are not provided.
