The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to join their team in Killarney.

As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. You will manage a team of bartenders, oversee inventory, and contribute to the development of the bar’s offerings.

Our client is a luxurious hotel located in the scenic town of Killarney, known for its outstanding guest experience and top-tier hospitality services. As part of a well-established luxury hotel group, the property offers ample opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock orders, and control costs to maximise profitability.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive business and attract guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the bar’s offerings and overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, drink menus, and mixology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided for this role.
