We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join the team at a beautiful 4-star hotel in Kildare, renowned for its outstanding service and culinary excellence. This role offers the opportunity to manage a bar within a 70-seater restaurant, which also features an inviting outdoor seating area. As Bar Manager, you will play a key role in training and developing the team to maintain and elevate the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and develop bar staff to ensure service excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in the creation and promotion of bar and restaurant menus, contributing to marketing strategies that enhance guest engagement.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and oversee till operations to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Create staff rosters, plan departmental needs, and focus on continuous team development.
• Interact with guests to create memorable experiences and foster customer loyalty.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Order supplies and maintain stock levels to ensure the bar is always well-prepared.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments to coordinate service delivery and ensure smooth operations.
