Exciting time for the right candidate, We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Banqueting Manager to join the team at a prestigious private members’ club in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This is a highly sought-after role, offering the opportunity to work in one of the most renowned and high-end environments within Dublin’s elite hospitality sector.

As the Banqueting Manager, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of the Club’s banqueting and events services, ensuring that the club’s reputation for luxury service and exclusive experiences is upheld. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of service while coordinating a seamless and memorable guest experience for the discerning members. This is a senior position requiring someone with a deep understanding of fine dining, high-end event management, and a passion for delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Banqueting Operations: Oversee all aspects of the banqueting operations, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly and to the highest standards.

  • Five-Star Guest Experience: Guarantee an exceptional, tailored experience for all club members and guests, maintaining the exclusivity and high standards the club is known for.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Director of Conference & Banqueting, as well as other key departments, to ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a highly skilled team of banquet staff, ensuring they deliver the utmost in service, while upholding professionalism and discretion.

  • Quality Control: Maintain and enhance the club’s service standards across all events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our world-class reputation.

  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local regulations concerning health, safety, and other requirements, while promoting an environment of excellence and safety.

  • Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with attention to detail and sophistication.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Take the lead on all operational aspects of banqueting events, from initial planning to execution, ensuring all client requests and specifications are met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Banqueting Management or a senior position within high-end hospitality, preferably in a private members’ club or luxury hotel environment.

  • Exceptional Standards: A natural passion for delivering unparalleled service, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to execute flawlessly in a luxury setting.

  • Discretion and Professionalism: An excellent understanding of working in an exclusive environment, where discretion and professional demeanor are paramount.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong, motivational leadership with the ability to inspire a team, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
