Reports To: General Manager
About the Role: We at Noel Group are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant
Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy
and vibrant casino. The Assistant Manager will be part of the retail operations team, helping
to manage a small team at the ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment

Key Responsibilities
Delivering 5 Star excellence in Customer Service.
Dealing with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently with com-
pany policy.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino floor, ensuring smooth and efficient ser-
vice delivery
Assist in managing a team of floor staff, providing training, guidance, and support as
needed
Support with budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting as required by the Casino
Manager
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of casino staff
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years Assistant Manager experience in retail or hospitality.
Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and
work within agreed timescales.
Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and the aptitude to
learn in-house systems.
Ability to influence wider business stakeholders
