The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Senior Sales & Events Executive to join their team in Killiney.
As a Senior Sales & Events Executive, you will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline and coordinating successful events for both corporate and private clients. You will be responsible for maximising sales revenue, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of events from start to finish.
Our client is a luxury hotel in Killiney, known for its exceptional service and prime location. Catering to both business and leisure guests, the hotel is a popular destination for events, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings. With a strong reputation in the hospitality sector, the hotel offers a supportive and dynamic environment for career growth.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Handle event inquiries and proposals, and manage the end-to-end planning process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and ensure a memorable experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients, showcasing the venue and services.
- Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales and event performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales & Events Executive or in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for evening and weekend work.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided for this role.
