Job Title: HGV Mechanic – Cork

Location: Fermoy, Cork

Contract: Full-time Permenant

Salary: Hourly rate (DOE)

I am recruiting mechanics for a client based in Fermoy, Cork. You will diagnose faults, repair and service a range of commercial vehicles in accordance with work specifications, ensuring each vehicle receives high attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and servicing of trucks, trailers, tankers
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping in the workshop.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures including Fleetminder and Evernote.
• Operate machinery and equipment that you are authorised and trained to use.
• Through the use of diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach ensure that vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified correctly in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months HGV Mechanic experience.
