Dual Property Head Chef – Dublin City Centre
Salary: €65,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a Dual Property Head Chef for a dynamic and well-established pub group in Dublin City Centre. This is a senior culinary leadership role for an experienced chef ready to take charge of two high-volume, quality-driven kitchens at the heart of Dublin’s social and dining scene.
The Dual Property Head Chef will oversee all culinary operations across two flagship city-centre venues, ensuring the delivery of consistently high food standards, creative menu development, team leadership, and efficient kitchen management. The successful candidate will lead a team of chefs and kitchen porters, fostering a culture of excellence, training, and innovation, while maintaining profitability and adhering to all food safety regulations

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across both properties
* Lead, train, and manage a team of chefs and support staff
* Create seasonal menus that reflect customer demand, food trends, and profitability
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and all health and safety standards
* Collaborate with management on events, specials, and promotions
* Drive team motivation, scheduling, and performance management
* Monitor and manage food cost and kitchen profitability across both venues
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior culinary role, preferably multi-site or high-volume environments
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team
* Strong background in Irish and international gastropub cuisine
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and menu innovation
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided
