Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils and cleaning kitchen equipment using professional equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment ensuring high hygiene standards
• Manage and dispose waste correctly in line with food safety regulations
• Ensure clear communication with the rest of the BOH team, to ensure smooth daily operations
• Use and store cleaning equipment appropriately ensuring own and the teams safety at all times

Your profile

• Previous experience in similar position is an asset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced BOH environment
• High hygiene and food safety standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a can-do approach
