QAQC Manager

I am recruiting an experienced QAQC Manager to support quality assurance across diverse civils projects across Dublin. As QAQC Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters. Ensuring projects consistently meet quality standards, driving compliance and continuous improvement on delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage material testing processes in line with client specifications
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to verify quality standards
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality processes
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality practices
  • Liaise with external testing houses and collate material test results
  • Maintain accurate quality records for projects during construction
  • Prepare quality documentation for tender submissions, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems
  • Proven audit experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills with stakeholder focus
