🍽️ Roles Available:

Chef de Partie – solid experience on sections, able to support day-to-day kitchen ops

Sous Chef – strong leadership, menu execution, and team support
✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef role

Valid Food Safety & HACCP certification
-
Must have own transport due to varied locations

Ability to adapt to new kitchens and work independently

High standards of food hygiene and professionalism
