We’re urgently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs for relief and event work across Galway and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled chefs who enjoy variety and flexible working conditions.

🍽️ Roles Available:

  • Chef de Partie – solid experience on sections, able to support day-to-day kitchen ops

  • Sous Chef – strong leadership, menu execution, and team support


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef role

  • Valid Food Safety & HACCP certification

  • Must have own transport due to varied locations

  • Ability to adapt to new kitchens and work independently

  • High standards of food hygiene and professionalism
