Head Chef – Corporate Site (Leopardstown)
Leopardstown, Dublin
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm
€44,000 – €48,000 per annum
Are you an innovative Head Chef looking for your next challenge in a high-profile corporate environment? We’re recruiting for a stand-alone Head Chef role at a leading international financial institution based in Leopardstown.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small onsite food operation, delivering exciting and contemporary dishes that reflect the latest food trends, with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning and preparing daily service including two hot main courses, a vegetable dish, breakfast bar, and a fresh salad offering.

Designing creative, modern menus with a focus on fusion cuisine and seasonal produce.

Maintaining stock levels, conducting regular stock takes, and assisting with ordering using internal systems.

Ensuring food presentation and quality meet high standards of a professional workplace environment.

Staying on top of current culinary trends and integrating new ideas to keep the offer fresh and exciting.

Managing all aspects of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.

Working Monday to Friday – no evenings or weekends.
What We’re Looking For:

An experienced and motivated Head Chef with a real passion for food and innovation.

Strong knowledge of modern fusion cuisine and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Confident in menu planning and managing a solo kitchen operation.

Comfortable using kitchen ordering and stock systems (training will be provided).

Computer literate and organised, with good attention to detail.

A positive, self-starting attitude with a keen interest in creating different and engaging dishes.
