Chef de Partie – €35,000 – The Burren

The Noel Group is a proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Irish hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie to join their award-winning kitchen team based in the stunning Burren region of Co. Clare.

As Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of a busy and high-standard kitchen. You will be responsible for your own section, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation, while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed chef to take the next step in their culinary career within a luxury hotel environment.

Our client is a renowned luxury hotel located in the heart of the Burren, Co. Clare. With a reputation for excellence in Irish cuisine and hospitality, they are committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and modern techniques while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and local culture.

Duties Will Include:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes within your section to a consistently high standard

  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus and daily specials

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in line with HACCP regulations

  • Managing stock control and ensuring minimal waste

  • Mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff

  • Upholding the values and culinary vision of the hotel

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a similar environment

  • A genuine passion for food and a commitment to quality

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

  • HACCP certification and good knowledge of kitchen health & safety standards

  • You must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
