Chef de Partie – Contract Catering – Cork – €38,000
Monday to Friday | Daytime Hours | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie to join their exceptional contract catering team in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef seeking a healthy work-life balance, as the role operates on a Monday to Friday, daytime-only schedule.
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for a busy and professional contract catering environment. You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent quality, excellent hygiene standards, and efficient service for clients and guests.

The Duties:

Prepare and present dishes in line with company and client standards.

Ensure all food safety and HACCP procedures are followed.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards and smooth service.

Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.

Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times.

Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements.
The Requirements:

Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role, ideally in contract catering or high-volume service.

Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for food.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

The Salary & Benefits:

€38,000 per annum – negotiable based on experience
