Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Industry: Fast Food / Quick Service Restaurant
Location: Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
Hours: 12:00 – 23:00 (Flexibility required within these hours)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to support the daily operations of a busy fast food restaurant. The successful candidate will assist the management team in delivering exceptional service, high-quality food, and maintaining cleanliness standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a hands-on approach to team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate designated work areas in line with company standards and safety/quality guidelines.

  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers.

  • Support and motivate team members, treating all colleagues and management with respect.

  • Ensure consistent food preparation, production, and storage by following company training and procedures.

  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and uniform compliance.

  • Follow all cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly.

  • Demonstrate flexibility by working across various sections of the restaurant as required.

  • Assist in driving customer engagement and daily sales performance.

  • Uphold a customer-first approach at all times, whether during opening or closing hours.

  • Represent the brand positively both on and off the premises.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fast-paced customer service or hospitality environment.

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and driven mindset.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Willingness to take on new responsibilities and pursue ongoing learning.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts.

  • A team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
