The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious and expanding hotel group to source an experienced and ambitious Cluster Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy for multiple properties in Dublin.
The Cluster Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of all sales and marketing activities across a portfolio of high-end hotels. This strategic role is central to driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and maximising occupancy and profitability. You will lead a small team and collaborate with General Managers and the Group Commercial Director to ensure alignment of sales goals with wider business objectives.

The Duties:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive corporate, leisure, MICE, and group bookings across all properties.

Lead the marketing strategy, overseeing brand campaigns, digital content, social media, and PR initiatives.

Manage key accounts, develop new business, and build strong relationships with industry partners and clients.

Collaborate with Revenue and Front Office teams to align pricing strategies and ensure optimal market positioning.

Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.

Coach, mentor, and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and cluster-wide targets.
The Requirements:

Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Management role within the hospitality industry – cluster or multi-property experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of the Dublin and wider Irish hotel market.

Commercially driven with a results-focused and strategic mindset.

Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Flexibility to travel across properties as needed.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
