Key Responsibilities:
-
Support kitchen teams during events and busy service times
-
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
-
Assist with food prep, stock control, and smooth service delivery
-
Follow menus and specifications to ensure consistent results
-
Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH teams
-
Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments
-
Always follow food safety and HACCP protocols
-
Take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
-
1-2 years’ experience in a professional or catering kitchen
-
Food Safety Level 2 or a chef qualification
-
A strong passion for food and service
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to perform under pressure
-
Solid understanding of food hygiene practices
-
Allergen awareness and experience (a plus)
-
A customer-focused, flexible, and organised mindset
-
Commercial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement
-
A self-motivated, can-do attitude
