We’re currently recruiting Relief Chefs to work across a variety of exciting event and hospitality venues in Dublin. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support kitchen teams during events and busy service times

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

  • Assist with food prep, stock control, and smooth service delivery

  • Follow menus and specifications to ensure consistent results

  • Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH teams

  • Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments

  • Always follow food safety and HACCP protocols

  • Take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a professional or catering kitchen

  • Food Safety Level 2 or a chef qualification

  • A strong passion for food and service

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure

  • Solid understanding of food hygiene practices

  • Allergen awareness and experience (a plus)

  • A customer-focused, flexible, and organised mindset

  • Commercial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement

  • A self-motivated, can-do attitude
