The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Duty Manager to join their award-winning team in beautiful Enniscrone.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operation of this well-regarded property, ensuring exceptional guest service across all departments. Our client is a luxury hotel situated in the heart of Enniscrone, known for its stunning location, outstanding service, and long-standing reputation for excellence in guest experience. The hotel caters to a mix of leisure, spa, and corporate guests and prides itself on its high standards and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service across departments.

  • Provide leadership and support to front-line staff in Reception, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

  • Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed communication logs to ensure seamless operations.

  • Support departmental heads in achieving service excellence and operational targets.

  • Assist in training new staff and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a 3* or 4* hotel setting.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • A hands-on, guest-focused approach and a strong commitment to customer service.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office suite.

  • Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits:

  • €35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
