Reservations Supervisor – 4-Star Hotel | Dublin

Location: Dublin City | Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000

A leading 4-star hotel in Dublin is seeking a dedicated and organised Reservations Supervisor to join its front office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for customer service, excellent attention to detail, and experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.

You will play a key role in managing and coordinating the reservations process to ensure a seamless experience for all guests from the moment they book.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department

  • Ensure all bookings (individual, group, and corporate) are handled efficiently and professionally

  • Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy levels to maximise revenue

  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Front Office teams

  • Train and support junior team members, ensuring high standards are maintained

  • Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Ensure accurate data entry in the PMS and maintain guest records

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a hotel reservations or front office role (minimum 1-2 years at supervisor or senior agent level)

  • Experience using a hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • A guest-focused attitude with a professional and friendly manner

  • Knowledge of revenue and yield management principles is a plus
