Returns Manager

As Returns Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the car return process and estimate handling of your own operation while ensuring that we are providing first class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with every customer transaction so as to maximise customer loyalty whilst taking full ownership of customer complaints and conflict resolution
  • Assume full ownership of the returns process for our customers including follow up communication, complaint resolution and ensure all damage check in processes are followed and in line with targets for the location
  • Responsible for making sure all staff are processing customer returns and utilising Company tools & systems to ensure the return process is adhered too.
  • Work together as a team to deliver complete Operational readiness at all times.
  • Monitor performance, spot improvement opportunities and deliver improvements so as to optimise performance, revenue and costs.

Skills Required:

  • 2 years Management or Supervisory experience in Car rental or similar field.
  • Strong management, communications, interpersonal relationship, customer service, problem solving and analytical ability.
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence
