Noel Group is currently recruiting an experienced Administrative Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients based in Cork. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and in person

  • Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently

  • Provide general administrative support to internal departments

  • Maintain and update records, files, and customer databases

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary

  • Assist with preparing reports, invoices, and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high service standards

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (minimum 1-2 years)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
