Noel Group is currently recruiting an experienced Administrative Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients based in Cork. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and in person

Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently

Provide general administrative support to internal departments

Maintain and update records, files, and customer databases

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary

Assist with preparing reports, invoices, and documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high service standards
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (minimum 1-2 years)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
