The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Food & Beverage Manager to join their dynamic team in Co. Clare.

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, driving team performance, and achieving operational and financial goals. This is a key leadership role suited to a passionate, hands-on professional with strong commercial awareness and a focus on service excellence.

Our client is a luxury 4-star hotel located in scenic Co. Clare, known for its exceptional customer service, elegant dining experiences, and commitment to high standards across all departments.

The Duties:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.

  • Deliver consistently high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

  • Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring team motivation and adherence to service standards.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and service delivery.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
