The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop General Manager to lead a vibrant and successful Coffee Shop operation in Dublin 6.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the café. This includes managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, food, and team development.
Our client is a well-established, high-quality Coffee shop brand, known for excellence in service, fresh and innovative food offerings, and creating welcoming environments. Located in the heart of Dublin 6.
The Duties:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service.

Lead, motivate, and train a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Maintain high standards of customer service and food hygiene.

Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Implement and oversee all health & safety and food safety standards.

Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Drive initiatives to increase footfall and customer loyalty.

Work closely with senior management on strategic goals and improvements.
The Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within a cafeeé or hospitality environment.

Proven leadership and people management skills.
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety protocols.

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
-
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

The Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €45,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
