The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop General Manager to lead a vibrant and successful Coffee Shop operation in Dublin 6.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the café. This includes managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, food, and team development.

Our client is a well-established, high-quality Coffee shop brand, known for excellence in service, fresh and innovative food offerings, and creating welcoming environments. Located in the heart of Dublin 6.

The Duties:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service.

• Lead, motivate, and train a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and food hygiene.

• Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.

• Implement and oversee all health & safety and food safety standards.

• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Drive initiatives to increase footfall and customer loyalty.

• Work closely with senior management on strategic goals and improvements.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within a cafeeé or hospitality environment.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety protocols.

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €45,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
