The Noel Group is are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an innovative and high-volume coffee and brunch-style venue in Dublin 6 the role is on 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen’s operations. This role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded chef with experience in modern, casual dining or high-end café environments. You will lead a small but dedicated team, with a focus on quality, presentation, consistency, and efficiency. This is a daytime-focused role with a menu built around premium breakfast, brunch, and coffee accompaniments

Our client is an established, design-led café located in one of Dublin’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Renowned for exceptional quality, stylish interiors, and a loyal customer base, this concept is part of a growing and reputable hospitality group with future expansion plans.

The Duties:

  • Full responsibility for the daily kitchen operation.

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team in delivering a high-quality brunch-style menu.

  • Develop seasonal menus with a focus on modern, fresh, and wholesome dishes.

  • Ensure consistency in food presentation and quality.

  • Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen costings within budget.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and HACCP compliance.

  • Work closely with management to drive kitchen performance and innovation.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led café, brunch, or casual dining concept.

  • Passion for food trends, especially in the coffee/brunch space.

  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage kitchen costs and performance metrics.

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
