The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Marketing & Content Manager to join their dynamic team in a scenic and thriving tourist destination in County Clare.

As Marketing & Content Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the hotel’s brand and marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms. This hands-on role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong content creation skills. You will work closely with the senior management team to drive brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and grow the hotel’s online presence.

Our client is a well know property in one of Ireland’s most iconic tourist destinations. Renowned for offering exceptional guest experiences, the hotel blends stunning natural surroundings with warm hospitality and top-tier facilities. The property is part of a well-established and growing hotel, committed to excellence and innovation.

The Duties:

  • Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing and content strategy.

  • Create engaging content for website, social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and advertising campaigns.

  • Manage and grow the hotel’s digital presence (social media, SEO, PPC, website updates, and newsletters).

  • Coordinate with external agencies for PR, photography, and graphic design.

  • Monitor marketing performance, using analytics tools to measure ROI and adapt campaigns accordingly.

  • Drive seasonal campaigns and promotions in line with tourism trends and guest profiles.

  • Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Events, Spa) to promote offers and packages.

  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and imagery across all channels.

  • Assist with local partnerships and tourism initiatives to boost visibility.

The Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within hospitality or tourism.

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative flair.

  • Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
