The Noel Group is are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hotel industry to search for a talented Chef de Partie to join their culinary team in one of Ireland’s most scenic and touristic locations in County Clare.

As Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of the kitchen brigade, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine to guests. You will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, while contributing creatively to menu development.

Our client is a renowned 4-star hotel located in a popular tourist destination in County Clare, celebrated for its warm hospitality, scenic views, and commitment to quality service. The hotel offers a refined dining experience focused on fresh, seasonal Irish produce with a contemporary twist.

The Duties:

  • Take responsibility for a designated section in the kitchen (grill, pastry, larder, etc.)

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard

  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety regulations

  • Collaborate with the team on new menu items and seasonal offerings

  • Support junior kitchen staff through mentoring and training

  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment

  • Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste reduction

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

  • Formal culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience

  • Passion for food and high attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamworking skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided

The Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €38,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
