The Noel Group is are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hotel industry to search for a talented Chef de Partie to join their culinary team in one of Ireland’s most scenic and touristic locations in County Clare.
As Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of the kitchen brigade, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine to guests. You will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, while contributing creatively to menu development.
Our client is a renowned 4-star hotel located in a popular tourist destination in County Clare, celebrated for its warm hospitality, scenic views, and commitment to quality service. The hotel offers a refined dining experience focused on fresh, seasonal Irish produce with a contemporary twist.
The Duties:

Take responsibility for a designated section in the kitchen (grill, pastry, larder, etc.)

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard

Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety regulations

Collaborate with the team on new menu items and seasonal offerings

Support junior kitchen staff through mentoring and training

Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment

Contribute to stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
The Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Formal culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience

Passion for food and high attention to detail

Strong communication and teamworking skills
-
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

The Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €38,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
