We are looking for someone to join our team nationwide , do you live in Ireland and like the idea of working in a Hybrid model mainly Monday – Friday? If you are interested in an extremely fast paced role which includes managing a number of clients and candidates needs daily. As part of the role you will be responsible for building your own desk , sales and business development will come naturally to you. It is a very rewarding role for the right candidate, if you are a people person and like to multi task then this role might be for you.

Role

• Manage your own desk with a focus on growing existing and new business to maximise revenue
• Resource and recruit staff for various roles throughout the hospitality sector
• Client business development and staff existing requirements
• Candidate management
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strive to achieve monthly targets
• Coming up with creative strategies to attract, recruit and place candidates
