We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at a prestigious, luxury golf and resort destination in Ireland. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk operations, overseeing a team of guest service professionals, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office including reception, guest relations, and concierge services
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently delivered
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of front office professionals
- Manage scheduling, team rosters, and department budgets
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, golf operations, food & beverage) to ensure cohesive guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports relating to guest arrivals, departures, and special needs
- Uphold and implement health, safety, and quality standards across front office operations
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing leadership role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using front office systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and exceed guest expectations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
- A passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development
