The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Front Office Manager to join their team in Kerry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at a prestigious, luxury golf and resort destination in Ireland. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk operations, overseeing a team of guest service professionals, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office including reception, guest relations, and concierge services
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently delivered
  • Train, motivate, and lead a team of front office professionals
  • Manage scheduling, team rosters, and department budgets
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, golf operations, food & beverage) to ensure cohesive guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports relating to guest arrivals, departures, and special needs
  • Uphold and implement health, safety, and quality standards across front office operations

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing leadership role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort environment
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in using front office systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and exceed guest expectations
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
  • A passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development
