As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality spa treatments to our guests, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience that reflects our service standards. You will play a key part in creating a tranquil and rejuvenating environment for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our wellness offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, shellac nails, tans, and brow treatments.

• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
• Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Follow all health and safety regulations, hygiene practices, and operational procedures
• Assist in maintaining the overall tidiness and ambiance of the spa area
• Attend regular team meetings, trainings, and promotional events as required

Key Requirements

• 1 year of experience in beauty therapy is desired, but not essential.

• Qualified and experienced Beauty/Spa Therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO Qualified).
• Qualified in Massage Therapy (ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO Qualified).
• Highly experienced in a wide variety of treatments including facials, massage, body treatments, waxing, shellac nails, tans, and brow treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer focus and a passion for wellness and hospitality
• Professional appearance and demeanour
