Sales and Marketing Manager

Noel Group is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Marketing Manager for a client based in Dundalk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
• Collaborate with our Field Sales Managers to optimise our Field Sales team performance.
• Achieves objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepares and completes the marketing action plan.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Managing Key accounts and developing joint business plans.
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Collects, analyses, and summarizes data and trends.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Work Hours and Benefits
• The role is permanent with flexibility on whether 4 or 5 working days each week. Location is hybrid with a combination of our office, home and on the road. Car provided.
