Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout events
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a waiting/bar staff or hospitality role
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Team player with a passion for delivering high-quality service

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland
• Manual Handling and Food Safety Level 1 certificates
• Full-time availability for day shifts
• Flexibility to work at various venues around Cork
