On behalf of our client, a leading 4-star hotel on the scenic coastline of East Cork, we are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join their award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to step into a senior leadership role in a well-established, high-volume property.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the Food & Beverage division, with a strong focus on delivering seamless wedding and banqueting operations. You will lead a dynamic team across the hotel’s bar, restaurant, and event areas, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak wedding and events seasons.
Our client is a prominent 4-star hotel located in East Cork, known for its breath-taking seaside views, exceptional service, and strong reputation in the wedding and events market. The Duties:

Lead and manage the Food & Beverage department across all outlets including weddings, banqueting, bar, and restaurant.

Collaborate with the Events & Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of weddings and large functions.

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a large F&B team to deliver consistent service excellence.

Drive operational standards, ensuring top-tier customer service across all F&B touchpoints.

Manage staff rosters, labour costs, and resource planning in line with business demands.

Control stock, minimise waste, and ensure adherence to budgets and cost targets.

Enforce compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Participate in planning and implementing promotional F&B initiatives to enhance revenue.
The Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage role, ideally in a 4* hotel environment with strong wedding and banqueting operations.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Commercial awareness with proven ability to manage budgets and increase profitability.

Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must currently be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

The Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
