The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigiou Hospitality group in Wicklow to recruit an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a high-performing kitchen team in one of Wicklow’s most esteemed hospitality venues. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard, maintaining a smooth and efficient section within the kitchen.
Schedule:

5 days out of 7

Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Duties:
-
Running your own section and supporting the wider kitchen team.

Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard consistently.

Maintaining hygiene, health & safety standards at all times.

Assisting in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and daily specials.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role within a hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

A genuine passion for food and creativity in presentation.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
