About the Role
Noel Group are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our client’s commercial strategy and drive continued business growth. This is a key leadership role, combining team management, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to meet performance objectives
• Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to enhance team effectiveness and territory coverage
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Create and deliver annual sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans
• Manage key accounts and establish long-term joint business plans
• Lead the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy
• Analyse market trends and data to identify new opportunities and improve product positioning
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing leadership role
• Strong skills in digital marketing, prospecting, project management, and product strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
