Electrical Project Manager

Location: Dublin
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

As part of our Clients continued growth, Noel Group are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our clients team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Electrical Director, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of electrical projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all stages of project delivery, from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements, technical specifications, and scheduling targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, estimators, quantity surveyors, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, promptly addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
  • Plan and manage site operations, overseeing personnel, production levels, and project milestones, while reporting progress to senior management.
  • Conduct detailed design reviews and work with the engineering team to implement value engineering opportunities.
  • Manage the engagement and oversight of subcontractors, ensuring all works meet contractual obligations, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Oversee project budgeting and financial reporting alongside the commercial team, driving profitable project outcomes.
  • Lead procurement efforts for subcontractors, plant, and materials, ensuring cost efficiencies and achieving commercial targets.
  • Ensure all works are executed in compliance with building regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
  • Organise and lead internal project review meetings, ensuring timely documentation and communication of outcomes.
  • Develop and implement inspection, testing, commissioning, and witnessing plans in line with project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on overall project performance, ensuring quality and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Uphold and enforce Tritech Group’s Health and Safety policies on-site, working closely with the Health & Safety team.
  • Promote the adoption of Modern Methods of Construction, Lean Construction practices, and sustainable building solutions.

Role Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects within a contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, complex projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and IT proficiency.
  • Exceptional organisational, decision-making, and communication skills.
